My firm recently made the jump from using RingCentral Meetings to RingCentral Video. We are overall very happy but one feature we seem to be missing is the ability for a virtual background via the meeting settings. In doing my own searching I found this guide: https://support.ringcentral.com/article/Enable-Virtual-Background-RingCentral-Video.html.
However, it does not seem applicable anymore? Am I missing something or is this something that was removed to be refined?
