Isn't it illegal for RingCentral to not allow online cancellations?

RingCentral requires for you to cancel their plan over the phone. From what I know/heard, RingCentral is located primarily in California- a state that has a law requiring for services with subscriptions to have an online cancellation option. https://leginfo.legislature.ca.gov/faces/billTextClient.xhtml?bill_id=201720180SB313
So, is RingCentral breaking the law? I don't want to call a phone number to cancel and have a billion people try to contact me (again) and talk me into staying.

Hi @Vivian Probst,
I followed up with our legal advisor and was told that the law that you've highlighted does not apply to RingCentral's provision of its business product, RingCentral Office.
