How do you add a hyperlink in a video chat for participants to click on to get to a google doc?

We are looking to host our club AGM and would like to be able to insert hyperlinks to "voting templates" built in google docs.

We have tried to copy/paste hyperlinks in the chat but it does not work.

How do we insert a hyperlink to a template?

If not possible how do we have "polling" options in the video chats?

Hey, @Martin Piche - this functionality isn't present in RingCentral Meetings, but can be found in RingCentral Video. Contact Support about updating to RingCentral Video!
