I would like to either remove the auto greeting or change it so that the caller doesnt have to enter an extension or press zero to ring to my cell phone.

Point to note that the extension is required to dial when someone call the main company number, but if someone dial directly to the 'Direct' number of the extension, he/she don't require to dial extension number
