How can we view all our users text messages?

We have multiple users and need to be able to review all of their outgoing sms messages to clients. Is this functionality available?

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 1.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.

Not sure even admin can view other users message due to privacy protection.
