How play video AND AUDIO

Need to share a video during a meeting and need the participants see the video AND HEAR THE AUDIO. RingCentral Video does not appear to have this option. How do I get participants to hear the computer sound?

If you think some features is missing or needs to be added in the product you can always share that as an idea here

The RC team will review and can implement that in future

Start your meeting from v.RingCentral.com and you'll get the Share Audio option when sharing your screen. Not sure why it's taking so long to get this into the desktop app, but at least there is a workaround. Note: this only works in Chrome and Edge browsers, not Firefox.
