Thank you for the update. However, the Status page doesn't clearly state the issue we are experiencing...."Unable to log in". It states, "A portion of RingCentral Contact Center customers may be experiencing issues with Omnichannel Session Handling not routing to available agents." Even for a Tech guy that is too geeky. ;) Need to provide more info. Thanks!
