Cannot receive calls & cannot make a support case

Hello,

For no reason, I stopped receiving call forwarding to my cell phone, and my Ring Central app no longer notifies me of incoming calls, so I am missing every call that comes in.

I tried to submit a support case, but I received an error, saying that I do not have sufficient permissions to create a case. I am the super admin on the account and am logged in.

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 1.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.
