Saving audio/video files from meeting

After recording a meeting using RingCentral, I need to save the audio and video files in a database outside of RingCentral. The meeting was 2+ hours long so the files seem to be too large to share via email. How can I upload the files to save them outside of RingCentral? Thanks.
