Sanbox server not working

Today, I only received status code 503 when authenticate in sandbox environment. I think this your server issue, please check it

Are you talking about service.devtest.ringcentral.com? It was down intermittently since yesterday. But it is back working again. Please try and let me know if you still have issue.
