Can I as an admin change volume control and DND on Polycom phones

We often get calls to the helpdesk where a user has inadvertently set their Do not disturb to on and/or set the ring/call volume to its lowest setting.

Is there a method via Ring Central admin to set those back to a default state?

I am using Ring Central Admin Portal on Polycom phones.

We don't have an admin settings to do that. You may submit a feature request on our Ideas Portal. Follow the guidelines on this article Submitting and Voting for Product Ideas.
