hi this information isn't helping me, I cant seem to find anything like settings or greetings for the main number aka auto receptionist, I'm looking to find a way to make the prompt greeting you hear during business hours different from what you hear when our office is closed. I need help asap

I clicked the linked provided, I followed step one and 2 but there's no step three for me, following step 2 takes me to top level IVR menu and I don't know how to proceed,
Reading the rest of the steps it says the prompt is a audio recording,
the recording can't be another text to speech?
