We always used the Conference Bridge icon that is on the Outlook Plugin, but with the most recent version update it is no longer available. We know the Video option can work, but it doesn't allow the host to simply dial in and have the same controls (i.e. record, mute participants, etc.). Additionally, the Video doesn't allow near as many participants as the conference bridge does. Now, in order to create a conference bridge, we not only have to have the RC Outlook Plugin and RC App running, we now have to open the RC Phone app or the Service.ringcentral.com webpage to create the conference bridge. We would really like to see this functionality in the next Plugin update.
