Webinar license update

So we currently have a user assigned an active webinar license (let's say webinar 100).

This user has existing webinars scheduled and is frequently in use (actively doing a webinar).

If I would like to assign a new webinar 500 license to that user, I have no choice but to "unassign" the existing 100 license then I need to assign the 500 license to this user.

That being said, will this modification disrupt any on going webinar and/or remove scheduled webinars?
