New Ringcentral app

With the new ringcentral app having everything in one place, how can we get the company fax and be able to send messages or glips as individuals and not from the company account? We were using 2 apps before, but now with it all in one app, we either have to log in as the company or personal line, can not do both

Hi @Florence Ayodele, you need to login using your own user extension. You will be able to send SMS, fax and message with your name or number on it.
