Change guest to member

Hi there,

I've been looking thorugh this community and couldn't find a way to promote my guests to a member of company.
When I go to a service.ringcentral.com and add user with new email it works fine.

But whe I want to do the same with people that are already guests it says 'Unique email required'

I even deleted guest account in RingCentral App, but still getting same message.

Please advise how can I promote guests in my RingCentral to a members.

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 1.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.

Please advise what should I do.

We don't want to go on paid plan if this issue can't be resolved.

Hello @Vladimir Bobic, their guest accounts need to be deleted in our system and add it as members. Please send us the email address of the guest users so we can have it disabled. Email us at community.support@ringcentral.com
