I am randomly getting "User associated with RC extention is not found" for /glip/groups API call. Sometimes, when it succeeds, it does not return list of all groups/teams in the Glip.

Hi, IA. Did this happen when you click 'Add to Glip'? Server need time to create new extension for bot.

How much time does it take? I noticed that newly created groups are not visible to API even after several hours.
