I am currently using the message store export (/restapi/v1.0/account/~/message-store-report) to generate exports for fax and sms. Under normal circumstances, this will generate 2 zip files (one with the report logs in json format, and one with the attachments). Due to the nature of our app, we only need the report logs in json format, and not the attachments. Is there a way to create a message store export without the attachments?
I realize that I can just ignore the attachments on my end. But the real reason behind this is to speed up the report generation on the RingCentral side. Sometimes we export a report for the date range of a week or a month, and it takes close to an hour if not longer. I don't know how it works behind the scenes, but my suspicion is that the long waiting times are due to the large amount of content (attachments) that are being streamed into the zip file. My hope is that generating this report without attachments will be faster and also create less load on the RingCentral side.
