400 Expected HTTP Error: resulted in a `400 Bad Request` response

I am facing issue in sending the mms. and i have follow this "https://github.com/ringcentral/ringcentral-php/blob/master/demo/mms.php"

Check all the parameters. It should work as such.

I have checked that it is working fine on local system and if used the image below the size 500 bytes it is working fine but with image more than 500 bytes it give 400 error.
