Please contact the developer support team by submitting a ticket to explain the issue. They will help you out.
Please submit a developer support help ticket containing your sandbox main company number (the one you use for logging to https://service.devtest.ringcentral.com) and your RingCentral developer account phone number (the one you login to https://developers.ringcentral.com) asking to fix this.
Using the RingCentral Phone for Desktop, you can dial or receive test calls, send and receive test SMS or Fax messages in your sandbox environment.
