Feature of Ring Back Ring Tone

Hello Ring Central,

A lot of our customers are asking for the feature Ring Back Ring Tone. If the customer has been in a hold for x amount of time and the phone rings back to the main line, the system should recognize it as an existing call and not a new one.

I've experienced this with Call Park but not Call Hold. Could suggest they use call park until this feature is added?
