Can the auto receptionist be turned off or deactivated? So calls go directly to a designated phone nu,ber or voicemail?

I do not want callers to hear the recording or options when dialing the number. I want it forwarded to 1 number and if that person does not answer - I would like the caller to hear a specific voicemail.
