New Version Lacks the ability to comment on a task?

The new version of ring central lacks the ability to comment on a task. This is essential for our team and how we function. I had a new employee today try to download the ring central classic app and was automatically diverted to download the new version with a message stating ring central classic is no longer available. Why is this not a feature in the new version??
