How do you share a print screen from SnagIt?

Hello...Is there a way to share print screens when chatting? It doesn't seem to work with SnagIt or the Snipping Tool.

But how this is related to RingCentral? Please describe your issue with some more description.

I'm new to RingCentral. When I'm using the chat with my co-workers, there are times when I want to share a print screen. It doesn't work with RingCentral. Is there a way to make this work?
