EFax undeliverable message ,Undeliverable efax error message confusion

Please see email undeliverable message below. All users used to be able to send efax from their email but as of last Friday they can only send efax's thru the ring central web portal or app and their email gives them this bounce back to multiple different destination fax numbers.


Any thoughts? Happy to provide any more info.

Please see email based error message below when our user tries to send out an efax from their email account. This is for a new service setup. Originally users could do both eFaxs from their email and or the RingCentral app for some reason as of last Friday they now can't send out the eFax's from their email and get the following deny message.
