Is there a way to log in to a UI connected to the Sandbox?

I have just created a new App for testing some endpoints related to Phone Numbers and Contacts. I would like to add some contacts from the UI, is it a way to get the corresponding link for it? I mean, is It a UI connected to this Sandbox I can use as a Developer to do some tests?

Switch to sandbox mode before login

MacOS: fn + command + f2

Windows: Ctrl + F2

Developer sandbox tools

Tip: switch to the "sandbox mode" before logging in the app:
