How to create/update exisitng extensions using the API? Or how could I add internal contacts?

Hi, I would like to use the API to add internal Contacts, could someone share with me which end point should I invoke?

Thanks for your answer, by doing what you just mentioned, could I add phoneNumber to an Internal Contact? Do you know how could I do something like it?

Do you meant to add a number to an extension so it will appears in the Internal contacts that can be listed using this API? If that is what you want, there is no API to perform such an operation.
