Forced Migration to the Ring Central App.

Please develop a "simple mode" for the new app with GUI very similar to the Ring Central Phone App (which is highly usable and robust).

things like dialer, messages, favorites, hud need to be accessible with a single click.

hotkey: please allow for a single hotkey to pickup calls, also, allow for calls auto answer. capture.jpg

You can request these changes for this new app here in idea forum The RC team can look into and can change and add these implementation in next version

Developer sandbox tools

Using the RingCentral Phone for Desktop, you can dial or receive test calls, send and receive test SMS or Fax messages in your sandbox environment.

Download RingCentral Phone for Desktop:

Tip: switch to the "sandbox mode" before logging in the app:

  • On MacOS: press "fn + command + f2" keys
  • On Windows: press "Ctrl + F2" keys
