How can we alert someone that their phone is being monitored for training purposes? Is there an icon that can be displayed or an audible alert when a trainer joins their call?


Our company would like to alert people when a trainer joins a call. Is there a pop-up, an icon, or an audible alert we can use to let folks know their call is being listened in on?

Hi Ken, there is no option for this. However, during your live call monitoring, you can whisper or coach your agent. Call coaching allows you to speak directly to the extension you are coaching while they are in a call without transmitting audio to the other party. It would be the best opportunity to let them know they are monitored.
