Sanbox app analytics not updating

Hello,

I just made a simple app for posting a webhook used to get call session info

In the analytics page at one location it says that the data is being updated every hour, and in another it says that it's updated every 15 minutes

Anyways, it's been two hours since the last update

This is only the first app that I made so I'm not sure if this data is usually reliable

Please advise

Yes the dashboard is updated after some interval of time say 15 mins. But in meantime you can also try clicking the refresh button at the top right in analytics tab something like here:

I'm suspecting maybe there is some technical error. I want to apply for graduation as soon as possible but due to this data not updating- I can not

Is your app analytics updated finally? Did you fix and reduce the error rate?

It has updated one more since, the error rate is reduced but still not < 5% as of the last update

I'm having the same troubles and hoping you can help me again please

I created a webhook for the VM subscription but when I tried registering it through my existing app, it told me that I was missing a permission

Following advice on other threads, I cloned the app and added the permission just so that I could subscribe to the VM notifications

I created the app about 5 hours ago but the analytics isn't updating and I'm positive that the app should be fine because It would work exactly the same as the previous one

Can you please help me graduate it so that I can keep doing my job
