can you please add the feature of displaying a name and number of an any inbound caller. example : John Smith 999-999-9999. This feature would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Karen, Hi Karen, the Incoming Caller ID Name feature is available to all RingCentral Office Premium and Ultimate Plan. It also depends if the third-party calling you has this feature.
