So this is odd. Why do the mobile and desktop apps ignore the Ring For setting when it's set for less than 3 rings? If I set it for 1/5 they still ring for 3/15. The Always ring 30 setting doesn't seem to make much difference here.
Worse, if the user has a physical phone then there's a 20-ish second delay in the physical phone ringing UNLESS I set the Desktop & Mobile to 0/0.
