2 questions regarding RC Meetings "Support" button, taking control of another computer

I recently started using the RC Meetings "Support" function, where I can take control of the other persons computer. I have two questions,

1) Is there an easy way I can transfer files to the other computer somehow? Teamviewer allows drag and drop, and a file navigation screen too. It would be nice to have at least one of those options with this feature.

2) Is there a feature where the other computer can give me complete control for the rest of the session without requiring additional authorization during the session, including restarting the computer? If so, please give me instructions how to accomplish this.
