Unable to connect to HighLevel - help


We have downloaded the latest version of App Connect to be able to integrate with High Level CRM. App Connect prompts for our login/authorization but stalls out and will not open RingCentral .connect, help!!

@wasteawaywny Working with Loyally, a number of updates have been made to the HighLevel integration. I recommend you try getting started again. Things should be working much better. But remember, this specific CRM integration is still in beta. I am actively testing and providing feedback to our development partner - who is also committed to making this work great. We expect our GHL integration to be very popular, and want it to be a huge success. So feedback like this is great - please keep it coming!

Exact same experience here.

I downloaded the Ring Central App Connect Chrome extension and followed the steps to log in to GHL… When I click on “Connect” with Go High Level, accept the permissions, it says “Loading” for 10 seconds… Then times out. 

Has someone found a way to make this work?

I dont even get this far. I download the extension and it wont let me log in. it say it must be logged in through a CRM which i am trying to do from my go high level page. same thing. Do i need to purchase the loyalty product for this to allow it to work?

Look for the following:

The key is signing up through Stripe - the payment portal. For the time being there is an onboarding process that grants your GHL account access to App Connect - this process is managed by Loyally and we are working together to remove this step so that this is more self-service. But signing up via Stripe collects the necessary information to enable this integration for your company.

The integration with GHL is a paid application but you should be able to fully  try it out for a period of 21 days.
