We’re excited to announce two major changes to the RingCentral University Experience.

  • We’ve updated the RingCentral University user experience by redesigning the user interface, cleaning up outdated or unnecessary courses, and organizing content to make it easy to find the courses that best fit your product, role, or skill needs.
  • We’ve made RingCentral University available to all users in your company’s RingCentral account. Previously, only the Admin on your RingCentral account had access.
