We have provided an interactive API explorer (currently in BETA) on Github and you can very quickly learn how to authenticate using OAUTH, retrieve call logs, make or accept calls, and subscribe to notifications.
Please visit the API Explorer, however you have to have proper credentials from RingCentral.
