Providing access to the Platform to account users

Many times you may want to provide access for a developer to build apps and integrations with the RingCentral Sandbox account. How do you grant them access?


This is a generic support issue that has come up several times. Here are two approaches:

  1. Regarding allow developers to access the Dev Portal (https://developer.ringcentral.com), multiple people with production RC accounts can log into the Dev Portal to create apps and accounts.

  2. Another option is for the RC Admin to create the app and sandbox in Dev Portal and just provide the app / sandbox credentials to the developer.
