In anticipation of Hurricane Dorian, we know the needs of your family and neighbors are your top concern right now. We want you to know the RingCentral team is here and ready to help minimize any impacts to your business communications. If your business has been impacted by the disaster, please call Customer Support at 1-888-898-4591 to let us know how we can help you. 

You may also check your system status at any time by visiting our Status Site.

Rest assured that if you are physically unable to access your office or you are without internet connectivity or electricity, your business communications system will continue to work in the cloud. Please dont put yourself or your employees at risk with unnecessary travel, as you can access your RingCentral service on any computer or mobile device, from anywhere with internet access (or the additional option of a cellular connection when using the RingCentral mobile app).

If for any reason you will need to discontinue taking calls during this time, we would encourage you to create a Custom Answering Rule for each location so callers will know you are down for the storm. Here is a great article that walks you through setting this up.
