Call Queue Monitoring Dashboard

Hello everyone!

I have a question. I have a call queue set up where it distributes incoming calls between analysts. Do you know where I can find a live dashboard - something I could put on a big TV screen - so analysts taking calls can see how many calls are waiting in queue, and how long they have been waiting for?

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 1.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.

Live Reports is the feature. From the support article:

"Live Reports is available as a paid add-on for any RingCentral Office customer in the US, Canada, and UK."
