Voice mails

Is there a way to link everyone to the same Voicemail? I have a message only extension but is there a way to make it everyone's default Voicemail so they can just press the mail button and it is there? My boss does not want anyone to have their own mailbox

I have that set but it does not let anyone know there are voicemails and when we press the button on the desktop app it goes to a personal VM. can we change that so we don't have to dial the VM extension and put in the password every time?
