When setting up a subscription to have a report from yesterday emailed it is sending 2 days ago instead of yesterday's calls? Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

The subscription is set to arrive at 12 AM.
Let's say we want to get info today at 12 AM June 16.
If we want to get the full June 15 day (12 AM June 15 - 12 AM June 16), the preset in the Performance report should be set to TODAY.
If we want to get the full June 14 day (12 AM June 14 - 12 AM June 15), the preset in the Performance Report should be set to YESTERDAY.
Such misunderstanding happened due to 12 AM, which is on the edge of 2 dates (June 15 and June 16).
