Question

Telephone not able to get to voice mail - ,Voice Mail not working on VOIP telephone. In house in-coming calls not ringing

Problem has lasted 3 weeks. RC Support has tried a couple of times. My ability to create a trouble ticket is zero.

I have rebooted and resynch the phone Linksys SPA921
