I am trying to setup the Direct Routing Cloud PBX for teams integration. My account manager and Tier 2 support have both confirmed I have the right licensing. When I try and log into the PBX admin portal, Admin Portal (ringcentral.com), it says:
We can't find any accounts for user email@example.com. If you have not yet received an invite to the service please contact your administrator.
It says this no matter which account I am trying to log in with, including the Super Admin. I am not sure how I am supposed to invite myself to the PBX portal, there is no way to do so in the Admin console for Ringcentral. Support seems to have no idea what the problem is. Anyone have this problem?
