what is the correct base url for call detail reports

I'm trying to use the call detail report described here, https://developers.ringcentral.com/engage/voice/guide/analytics/reports/call-detail-report , but I don't know what the base URL should be

I have tried https://platform.ringcentral.com/api/v1/admin/accounts/~/reportsStreaming but this gives a 404 which suggests https://platform.ringcentral.com might be the wrong base URL but what is the the correct one?

regards.

Ed

Thanks Phong, that's a useful link, however it points me to creating an app on the sandbox, but I am starting to get the feeling that there is not sandbox for engage

No, it's not referred to a sandbox environment. You should see the page with these info

...

Current Host

Engage Voice is using a new host server, and is accessible on https://engage.ringcentral.com.

  • Authentication path /api/auth/login
  • API endpoint path /voice/api/v1

Legacy Host

Engage Voice legacy host servers are also still accessible on https://portal.vacd.biz and https://portal.virtualacd.biz.

  • Authentication path /api/auth/login
  • API endpoint path /api/v1

All of Engage Voice's API resources are organized by either an authentication path or a API endpoint path. All API endpoint paths start with either /voice/api or just the legacy method of /api followed by the version number of the API you are accessing. Currently only /v1 is publicly available. Let's consider a typical API resource URI:
