Send message was failed

- My company send every message was failed from 11.02.2021 to now, we sent by API and sent by Ringcentral phone is the same status "sendingfailed".

- When I check your Analytics board, all of most requests is success.

Looks like the number is blocked by mobile carriers for P2P SMS violation. You should create a support ticket to verify this. And if the number is blocked by mobile carriers, we cannot really help to unblock it.

Thanks, my company have contacted by phone with your customer service, then we have been enabled sending message feature. But we cannot receive any cause about P2P SMS violation, can you give me some cases which violates P2P SMS
