"Swap" Phones?

Is there a way to "swap" phones like you can on the website? The way I'm trying returns an error.

My apologies for being vague, what I'm talking about is on service.ringcentral.com -> Phone System -> Phones & Devices -> User Phones -> [Select a users[1] phone to "Swap"] -> Change Phone -> Existing RingCentral phone -> [Select the user[2] to swap phones with] -> "Swap"

It gives you the ability to move users between 2 different phones, so user[1]'s extension would move to users[2]'s desk phone, and users[2]'s extension would be moved to user[1]'s desk phone
