Problem with Digital Line (already read info on forum)

Each time i'm trying to do a call from browser (Node server) I receive this message: You cannot use this device to make PSTN calls includinc Emergency Calls since no Digital Line is associated.


I have look into the forum and already follow the instruction from this page "https://support.ringcentral.com/article/ringcentral-phone-softphone-outbound-calling-adding-digital-line.html?language=en_US"


So i am not sure why i can't make the call. Would be glad if anybody can help me with this.

Can you give more details how, which API did you use to make the call? What is this "from browser (Node server)"?
