How to get SIP of a registered mobile number through API

WHich API will given me all the below data on passing ring central registered mobile number to the API

1. SIP Domain
2. Outbound Proxy
3. User Name
4. Password
5. Authorization ID

Unfortunately, there is no API to get such information.
