I am getting the error message "you don't have permissions to make international calls. Please contact you RingCentral account administrator for an upgrade"

The numbers I am calling are within the country I am in, USA, not international numbers. Why a I getting this message?

Last time I uninstalled and reinstalled the app (at the suggestion of support, who was extremely hard to understand) on my desktop and it worked, but I should not have to do this every time this happen.

Looking for permanent solution.

Hi Anthony, since this is often happening, please submit a ticket with Tech Support so they can check. They may have to escalate it.
