Forward All Calls Feature NOT WORKING

I am trying to use the Forward All Calls user option to 1. limited extension 2. an external number but it isn't working. Is this a working feature as of today ?

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 1.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.

I guess that you were trying to set from the service web interface. Let me move this to the customer community.

I have tried Forwarding calls to a Limited Extension and to external Numbers ( mobile numbers) which did not work. I had to go add them to the current ring order as a Co-Worker(LE ) or as Number( External number) but this doesn't forward the call it just rings them .

What's the behavior when you add a Limited Extension or External Numbers to the Forward All Calls feature?
